1. The prize draw (the „Prize Draw“) is open to natural persons who are resident in Europe and aged 18.

2. Employees or agencies of Wever & Ducré (thereafter “Wever & Ducré”, “We”), its related companies and the extend group of companies of XAL as well as their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.

3. Participants of the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. By submitting your name, email address and country of residence, you agree to receive information from Wever & Ducré containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You are entitled to revoke this agreement anytime.

5. To take part in the competition, it is necessary to complete and submit the entry form displayed on https://weverducre.com/winter-giveaway24 Participation is only possible from 01.12.2024 to 15.01.2025. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.

6. Only one submitted registration per participant will be entered into the competition. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple email addresses to increase the chances of winning.

7. Wever & Ducré accepts no responsibility for registrations that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

8. The closing date of the Prize Draw registration is 15.01.2025, 11:59 pm. Registrations received outside this time period will not be considered.

9. Out of the entire participants in accordance with these Terms & Conditions 1 (one) person will be eligible to win 1 (one) lighting makeover at our discretion. The winner will be selected at random from a closer selection of the participants.

10. The winner will receive a lighting makeover for their project with a maximum list price value of 5,000€.

11. As part of the competition, the entire lighting makeover (of maximum 5,000€, list price) in the project (Start-Up office, Yoga Studio, …) of the winner will be accompanied by a professional video team and photographer to capture the results. The resulting material will be used for promotional purposes by Wever & Ducré and published on social media platforms, YouTube and the Wever & Ducré website.12.

12. Wever & Ducré accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

13. The closer selection will be notified on within a month by email and provides Wever & Ducré with their contact details and project information.

14. If the winner does not respond to Wever & Ducré within 7 days of being notified by Wever & Ducré, then the winner‘s prize will be forfeited and Wever & Ducré shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If the winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner‘s prize will be forfeited and Wever & Ducré shall be entitled to select another winner.

15. To finalise the prize, the winner agrees to provide project information like photos, plans or concepts.

16. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other products.

17. Wever & Ducré retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

18. The winner can be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on Wever & Ducré‘s reasonable request. The winner agrees that Wever & Ducré, its related companies and the extended group companies of XAL are entitled to use the winner‘s voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Wever & Ducré, XAL and their related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited period of time.

19. The winner agrees that their data being automatically processed by Wever & Ducré during this competition. This data will not be disclosed to third parties but may be used by Wever & Ducré for the purposes as described above.

20. Wever & Ducré accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by an attendee because of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Wever & Ducré further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to an attendee or any other person ‘s computer or mobile device relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.

21. Wever & Ducré reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice.

22. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Belgian law excluding the conflict of law rules and the Laws in treaties. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any claims out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be Kortrijk, Belgium.
