1. The prize draw (the „Prize Draw“) is open to natural persons who are resident within the European Unio European Economic Area and United Kingdom aged 18 and over.

2. Employees or agencies of Wever & Ducré (thereafter “Wever & Ducré”, “We”), its related companies and the extend group of companies of XAL as well as their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.

3. Participants of the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4. By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive information from Wever & Ducré containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You are entitled to revoke this agreement anytime.

5. To take part in the prize draw, you have to enter your details and submit them by 31.11.2025, 11:59 pm. The winners of the Prize Draw will be chosen randomly. Submissions received outside this time period will not be considered.

6. Only one submission per person. Submissions on behalf of another person will not be accepted and multiple submissions are not allowed.

7. Wever & Ducré accepts no responsibility for submissions that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

8. The Price Draw will take place 4 (four) times on the following dates :

• 05.05.2025
• 11.07.2025
• 22.09.2025
• 01.12.2025

Submissions received until 11:59 pm on the previous day will be considered. The winners will be notified within 2 (two) weeks after the draws.

9. Out of the entire submissions in accordance with these Terms & Conditions 40 (forty) people will be eligible to win 1 (one) luminaire each at our discretion. 10 (ten) winners will be selected following the above mentioned dates.

10. The winners of the Price Draw will each receive a random luminaire from Wever & Ducré with a price list value of about EUR 250 – 300,-. (the “Prize”)

11. Wever & Ducré accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and not specifically included in the Prize.

12. The winners of the giveaway will be notified within two weeks after the closing date per mail and must provide a postal address within the European Union, European Economic Area or United Kingdom to claim their prize.

If the winner does not respond to Wever & Ducré within 14 days of being notified by Wever & Ducré, then the winner‘s Prize will be forfeited and Wever & Ducré shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their Prize). If the winner rejects their Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner‘s Prize will be forfeited and Wever & Ducré shall be entitled to select another winner.

13. The Prize will be sent to the winners of the giveaway by Wever & Ducré by post.

14. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other products.

15. Wever & Ducré retains the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

16. The winners of the giveaway can be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Prize Draw and the winner shall participate in such activity on Wever & Ducré‘s reasonable request. The winners agree that Wever & Ducré, its related companies and the extended group companies of XAL are entitled to use the winner‘s voice, image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by Wever & Ducré, XAL and their related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited period of time.

17. The winners of the giveaway agree to their data being automatically processed by Wever & Ducré during this competition. This data will not be disclosed to third parties but may be used by Wever & Ducré for the purposes as described above.

18. Wever & Ducré accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by an attendee because of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the Prize. Wever & Ducré further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to an attendee or any other person‘s computer or mobile device relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.

19. Wever & Ducré reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice.

20. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Belgian law excluding the conflict of law rules and the Laws in treaties. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any claims out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be Kortrijk, Belgium.
